The hotel was great....clean and convenient to the sites in NY. Although the staff at the front desk wasn't overly pleasant, it didn't bother me. They gave me a room on the back side of the Hotel facing the services, but for the money I didn't mind. ...read more

The convenience of location is the feature that stands out most in my mind. It was near all of the attractions that I wanted to see.
There is not really anything that I could say that I disliked other than having to go outside to smoke but I understand that is becoming the norm.

Seem tattered and worn out looking.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was tiny, the curtains torn and falling off the window, the fan in the heating unit made a loud noise all night and we were not able to turn it off. The bed was comfortable and OK linens. The hotel needs a makeover! ...read more

The concierge were great.
Rooms need a makeover.
Everyone made our stay very pleasant. The guys at the concierge desk were fantastic! The bathrooms all over the hotel need a serious face lift!!! Get rid of the mold in the tubs on the silicone.
